How better to immerse yourself into summer (on this the very first day) than to go shopping for swimwear! Not everyones favourite task, but there are styles and sizes to suit everyone and some beautiful cover-ups to help maintain modesty when required.

Some major trends for swimwear this season include high necklines and zips, mesh, cut outs, pineapple prints, geometric print, some 80's inspiration (remember the two piece that joined at the sides) and still a lot of floral and animal print. Seafolly are leading the way for variety and style, but if you want to go a little lux then you can't go past Zimmerman (drool, drool). If you find it hard to find swimwear that suits your body shape, then it is a great thing to add to your shopping list when you book a personal styling session. I hope you find some inspiration here. I have chosen swimwear from Seafolly, Tigerlily, Isola (Megan Gale's label) sun seeker and Zimmerman, but Target also have a great range. Enjoy!
